   @nickt916 I would say that you really want to replace sheetmetal that has pinholes and rusted through areas. However, this lead-free solder would probably do a decent job of filling pinholed areas, if you can’t replace the steel.

   @V8TV Hi.
   I have kind of the same problem around the windshield on a car I am restoring, should I just cut it all out,or can I get away with some rust remedy,I am using a good brand, its Loctite,or will the rust eventually still come through,whats your experience?

   would this work good on pinholes rusted through areas? pretty much on anything thats not to major? as fast as rust holes?
